Establishes the commercial information that national manufacturers and clothing manufacturers, as well as importers, must incorporate in textiles, home linens and clothing and their accessories.

Establishes the commercial information that toys that are marketed in the territory of the United Mexican States must display.

Establishes the commercial information that natural tanned leather and skins, synthetic or artificial materials with that appearance, footwear, leather goods and products made totally or partially with said materials must contain, to be marketed within the national territory.

Establishes the commercial information requirements that packaging, instructions and guarantees must have for electronic, electrical and household appliances, as well as their accessories and consumables, intended for the final consumer, when they are marketed in the territory of the United Mexican States.
